Meet Hunter Grimes

Hunter Grimes serves as Managing Partner of Venari Commercial Real Estate. Prior to founding Venari, Hunter was Associate Vice President at Caldwell Brokerage Company in Houston, TX and successfully closed more than $90,000,000 in commercial transactions for his clients during his 7 year tenure.

Hunter was raised in Houston and has an extremely thorough knowledge of his home city, allowing him to provide unique and valuable information to his clients. He is also a graduate of Texas A&M University.

He sets himself apart through his knowledge, experience, and connections in the Texas commercial land development arena.

Hunter is a proud third-generation Eagle Scout and outside of work enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and working on anything with a motor. He is currently pursuing his passion by building a 1952 Chevy Pickup street rod (from the ground up) with his father.
